2. Refund Eligibility

- Work that does not meet our quality standards
- Paint matching that is visibly inconsistent
- Structural repairs that fail to meet safety requirements
- Services not performed as agreed upon
Service Cancellation
- Customer-initiated cancellation before work begins
- Cancellation due to our inability to complete services
- Cancellation due to significant delays on our part
3. Refund Process
Step 1: Notification

Step 2: Assessment
We will conduct a thorough assessment of the work performed and the issues raised. This may include:

Based on our assessment, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Complete redo of the unsatisfactory work at no additional cost
- Partial refund for specific issues identified
- Full refund in cases of significant service failure
- Alternative resolution as mutually agreed upon
4. Refund Amounts
Full Refunds
Full refunds will be provided in cases where:
- Services were not performed as agreed
- Work quality is significantly below our standards
- We are unable to correct identified issues
- Customer cancellation due to our fault
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Specific aspects of the work do not meet standards
- Minor issues that cannot be fully corrected
- Customer cancellation after work has begun
- Services partially completed to customer satisfaction
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Customer dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of paint color or finish
- Issues caused by customer misuse or improper vehicle care after service
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at service initiation
- Normal wear and tear or environmental damage occurring after service
- Services completed more than 30 days prior to refund request
- Customer cancellation without valid reason after work has begun
6. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Check refunds will be mailed to the address on file
- Credit card refunds will appear on your next statement
