3. Customer Responsibilities

• Removing personal belongings from vehicles before service
• Providing necessary insurance information and authorization
• Making timely payments for services rendered
• Scheduling vehicle pickup within agreed timeframes

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing is based on our current rate schedule and the specific requirements of each job. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Insurance claims will be processed directly with your provider
• Any additional work requested after initial estimate requires customer approval
• A storage fee may apply for vehicles left beyond pickup deadlines

5. Warranty and Guarantees
